Question: About Company or whom Im going to work for?

Answer: See company introduction document. It will help you to know companys background, mission and vision
clearly.

Question: What is job profile and what exactly I have to do?

Answer: See job description document for details. Some of the main points of daily working are:
1. Mainly you will be working as Divisional Head.
2. You have to collect data (contact details) of registered health care providers (RHCPs) in your area through
primary and secondary sources.
(a) Primary Source: Direct approach
(b) Secondary Source: List already available with company, Local Medical Directory, List of doctors practicing in
Government Hospitals/Medical Colleges/Private Multispeciality Hospitals, List of hospitals and diagnostic
centres available with CMHO office or in local directories, List of members of medical associations, other
web portals, Local advertisements in news papers and TV channels.
3. Do mapping exercise: It means you have to arrange these data according to geographical area in order to make
your field work easy.
4. Calling on numbers: Make telephonic calls on the numbers you have collected, to get all required informations
according to your data sheet format.
5. Lead generation: After taking all required details over phone call, try to discuss all services in detail and tell the
benefits of Indian Medical Directory to the RHCP (Registered Health Care Provider) and fix an appointment for
demonstration of www.drdata.in
6. Note the timing on your meeting diary provided by RHCP and try to reach him/her, 5 minutes before the time
provided by them. (This timing counts a lot in this sector)
7. You have to fix 7-8 appointments daily so as to meet 6 new customers daily. Rest meetings will be your follow-
ups. This is your main target on daily basis.
8. Once RHCP is convinced for making web page in your portal, kindly collect web page details according to web
page forms with latest photograph.
9. After completing your daily meetings, you have to update the data online by admin panel login.
10. Prepare and submit your daily report in provided format.
11. Sharing the web page links and other articles on social media platforms.

Question: What would be my working location?

Answer: All BDEs will have to clear the probation period of first three months in their home town. After completing
probation period you will be posted according to locations you mentioned in your reply while applying to the job or it
will depend on the requirement and need.

Question: What would be my official working language?

Answer: All employees must be perfect in reading, writing and speaking English language for all official correspondence
and Hindi/Local language for communications while working in local area.

Question: When and where I have to report?
Answer: First of all be clear in your mind that we are startup and starting our operations in PAN India not in a single
state/city, so opening offices at all working location is not possible for us right now. We have our corporate office in
Hyderabad and operational office in Madhya Pradesh, and it is not feasible that everyone should come here. So, you
have to work from your home and report on daily basis via electronic mail in official reporting formats. Quarterly review
meeting will be organized at any place of India, keeping in mind, to make it as quarterly retreat so that all employees can
visit all valuable tourist places in India.

Question: Is this an on-roll job?

Answer: Yes this is an on-roll target based job, serving first three month as probation period.

Question: How frequently I have to travel to other cities of my division?

Answer: At starting stage no need to travel out city. You have to focus completely in your basic job location. After
attaining some targets you will be moving to other cities/locations according to work plans.

Question: How would I get promoted or what is my future in company?

Answer: As you know very well that we are startup and building a strong team is most difficult task in corporate world.
In this company you will get full chance of getting promoted in short period as Regional Head, State Head or other
Manager level positions depending upon your commitment to work by following the core values of company.

Question: Most important question that what will be my salary and other benefits?
Answer: Let us know how your salary will be fixed as permanent employee with an example of any fresher in this Sales
and Marketing field:
After clearing third round of interview process if you choose that you are able to get 20 web pages in a month then your
salary will be 24000 INR and petrol and mobile expenses will be paid extra according to travel policy. Accordingly if you
achieve the target of 25 web pages in second month of probation period then your salary will be 30000 INR and petrol
and mobile expenses will be paid extra according to travel policy. Consecutively in third month of probation period, if,
you achieve the target of 20 web pages in a month then your salary will be 24000 INR and petrol and mobile expenses
will be paid extra according to travel policy.
Now when getting the permanent appointment letter your salary will be calculated as (24000+30000+24000)/3= 26000
INR per Month and your target will be set as 25 web pages per month. Above your target achievement you will get
incentive of 25%, and petrol and mobile expenses will be paid extra according to travel policy. And thereafter, even if
you would not be able to achieve target of 25 web pages in a month there will not be any deduction in your salary part.

Question: How much would be my petrol, mobile and internet expenses?

Answer: Petrol expenses for daily local travel is going to be paid at 3 INR per KM subjected to maximum 40 KM a day.
Daily reporting is compulsory for travel expense claim. Mobile and internet expense is in between 1000 to 2000 INR per
month according to target achievements.

Question: How will I receive my salary and other reimbursement?

Answer: Salary will be credited to your bank account on 10th day of every month. For other claims you have to submit
(via courier) the actual/original bills with claim forms and it will be reimbursed with salary after cross checking all bills
and documents.
