I am tendering herewith the sum of __________________________ ( ______________ ) Pesos, as deposit/reservation


money for the above mentioned lot/s house and lot. The balance of the down payment in the amount of
__________________________________ (___________ ) Pesos, will be paid by me on or before -
__________________. Upon full payment thereof the prescribe Contract to Sell, which is available for examination,
will be executed and signed by me.

It is understood that the amount herewith tendered is not part of the down payment when I exercise the here non-
transferable option within the stipulated period, otherwise it shall be deemed forfeited without further notice, and may
dispose of said property to any other person.

Furthermore, Northgate Land Phils., INC., the aforementioned owner of the subdivision, shall have the right to
automatically cancel my reservation/application without further notice and forfeit as liquidated damages my
earnest/reservation fee and whatever other payment I have made in the event of any of the followings:

1. Failure on my part to pay the down payment as herein stated;


2. Failure on my part to sign and deliver the prescribed Contract to Sell within ten (10) days from the date of
full down payment;
3. Withdrawal without any valued legal cause on my part from this agreement for any reason whatsoever;
4. Failure to submit documents within SEVEN (7) days from reservation date.

I am also aware that monthly installment on the lots/house and lot shall immediately commence without further notice
30 days immediately after. I pay the full down payment regardless if copy of the Contract to Sell has been delivered or
not.

In the event of the above subjects lots/house and lot to be available for sale to me due to prior sale, commitment or
transaction to or with other party, the same having been offered to the undersigned by mistaken or in advertence.
Buyers agreed to have the subject lots/ house and lot exchange with lots/house and lot of equal area and value, or to the
cancellation of the reservation/application agreement, subject to the reimbursement of all payments previously made by
the Buyer by reason of this reservation.

Any provision to the contrary not withstanding. I hereby agree and acknowledge that NORTHGATE LAND PHILS.,
has the right to cancel and rescind this reservation/application for any cause whatsoever at any time before the issuance
of my Contract to Sell by giving written notice of its intention to do so and refunding to me all my payments made by
virtue hereof.

I hereby further understand that any representation or warranty made to by the agent who handling this sale not
embodied herein shall not be binding on the company unless reduced into writing and confirmed by the President or
the modified, altered or any way amended by acts of tolerance of NORTH GATE LAND PHILS., INC., unless such
changes, modification or officers of the company are allowed to make commitments for and in behalf of
NORTHGATE LAND PHILS., INC.
