Hi All

Collective Farming is the concept introduced to those people who are interested in buying
Agriculture Land in a group & in a smaller bits like 1 or 2 acres and jointly operate.

Here what we do is, we will gather few people who are interested in small farms ( like 1 or 2
acres ), and we will provide all the basic
amenities what is required in Agriculture Land.

Now I am sure that you started to think, what amenities we will give you in this small land.
Hear we go --

1. Your land will have water facility.

2. Road Facility for Each Acre.

3. Your land Boundary will come with basic Plantations ( Mango, Sapota, Coconut, Silver
Oke, Teak, Few Flower Plants etc ), which will be planted in your own land, not in between
the Boundary.

4. You will have parking, drinking water, power supply, relaxing area, in the land.

What's new in here is no need to pay any advance amount to book your land. Based on you
EOI mail we will book one acre of land. If in any case if you don't like the location or any
other things make you not to process with the land we will cancel your booking. THIS
SHOULD HAPPEN BEFORE THE LAND AGREEMENT. Once the agreement is done the
payments will not be refunded back to you.

Booking Procedure :-

1. Send in your E.O.I to ( info@preagri.in ) or ( Mallikarjun.kari@hotmail.com )

2. Site visit will be done at your own cost.
3. Once you like the land, should pay rs5001 as TOKEN ADVANCE.
4. All the legal papers of the land will he handed over to you. Get
confirmation from you desired LAWYER, about land legality.
5. Land agreement will be done, by taking ( 30% to 50% ) payment of the land value.
6. Launch Price rs 6,50,000/-
7. Remaining payment should be done at the time of registration.
8. Three months duration will be given to get the land registered in
your name. From the date of agreement.
