For the amount of $1000.00; Less the *Non-refundable deposit of $250.00; U.S.D. Payment of deposit can be in check or cash
form. Make payable to: Cindy H ; Check# __________, the balance of $750.00 at time of pick will be in cash only.

*Return of deposit is valid only when seller has a (or future) litter with no living dog[s] or correct sex as requested by the buyer. The
deposit is also used for buyers pick of the litter order and is determined by the date the check was received. Buyers may also send
through email a photo or scanned image of a completed deposit check to be mailed or hand delivered at a later date[whichever is
agreed upon by the seller]. If mailed the seller will hold the buyers place for pick of the litter order for four (4) business days, after
such time it will be determined the buyer to be public at large. This signed contract does not place you in pick of the litter order,
only a deposit gets you in line.

Health Guarantee:
The seller certifies that, upon receipt, the dog is in good health and has been immunized and wormed according to the
accompanying heath record of said Cairn terrier.

The Buyer's Responsibility:

The Buyer agrees to take good care of this dog, feed and house the dog properly. This dog is warranted only for the purpose of being a
companion animal, not for any other purpose or reasons. No warranty is given to the buyer for any special purpose or function of this
dog. The seller makes no guarantee as to the color[s]. This dog is not to be used for any illegal or immoral activities and is not to be
used for any type of puppy mill, dog farm or other mass producing or unethical money making operation.

This dog is adopted with an AKC limited registration, to acquire a full registration for breeding purposes the buyer agrees to and
will send an additional $500.00 to Wooster farm, the full registration number will be sent when exchange of funds is complete.

In the event the buyer is unable to keep this dog for any reason, the buyer agrees to return the dog to and at no cost to the Seller. Buyer
agrees not to sell this dog to any retail company or commercial establishment.
