The Gallery at Imagination is a purpose-built event space
in the heart of Londons West End.
It lies within an award-winning building which is the home
of Imagination, an independent, digital, global
communications company.
The Gallery at Imagination shares Imaginations belief that
how your brand communicates is in the experiences that
you create and share with your customers.
The Gallery and a series of spaces throughout the building

The reception area offers the opportunity to create a
positive impression and establish the tone of the occasion
on arrival.
A sense of ownership can be introduced from the outset
through high profile branding and displays. Registration
desks can be incorporated. Hosted greeting, which is part
of our service standard, ensures a personal welcome for
every guest.
Full cloakroom facilities are adjacent to the reception area;
the provision of security can be tailored according to need.

Behind the traditional faade lies what has been described as one
of the great spaces of contemporary architecture.
The six storey Atrium has a serene quality created by the diffusion
of natural light through the translucent fabric roof. The Atrium
can be used for larger events, affording a total attendance of 350
people at once, or greater numbers if there is a constant flow
through of guests.
You can personalise the reception, gallery and atrium with
graphics; lighting effects and projection are possible in the Atrium.

The Gallery space sits atop the Imagination building, a vantage
point that serves as an inspirational meeting place for audiences
of every kind.
Given its position, the Gallery presents a light filled perspective.
One side of the space overlooks the Imagination atrium; the other
provides a commanding prospect of Bloomsbury including the
distinctive Georgian centrepiece of Bedford Square.
Access to an exterior balcony is possible, giving guests the
opportunity to pause and take in the view.

and the event could not have run

A modular exhibition display system of slabs and plinths
allows the gallery to be configured in an infinite number
of combinations. The exhibition space can be reduced to
create an intimate format with a handful of guests or its full
extent can be employed for a party, dinner or conference
up to 200 people.
The gallery features an 84 daylight screen. For the sake
of flexibility and to minimise overheads, all furniture and
technical equipment is hired according to need.

The possibilities of the Imagination

building are endless. Simply, it can be
what you want it to be.
The Gallery space can be configured to suit any requirement to
deliver the desired guest experience. This flexibility extends to
the provision of other spaces within the Imagination building.
For example, it is possible to hire the Atrium and the Gallery
space combined. This will provide an overspill option if Reception, Atrium, Meeting Room and Gallery Reception and Gallery Atrium and Restaurant
potential visitor volume is difficult to assess in advance; it will
allow simultaneous activities in two different locations; it can
also support a social agenda eg a presentation in the Gallery
space can be complemented by hospitality in the Atrium for a
refreshing change of scene.

The versatility of the Imagination Gallery is further extended by
the inclusion of a rooftop terrace. This is ideal for small private
meetings and hospitality for limited groups of guests within a
larger scale event.
The terrace has the informal atmosphere of an outdoor retreat
while affording comprehensive views over the rooftops of
Londons West End.

It was a real pleasure working with the

team, which was the model of efficiency,
courtesy and patience. There were a
number of changes and requests up
to and during the event. The team
responded very quickly, calmly and
efficiently. I never had the feeling that
any request was too much trouble.

A dedicated team is established according to your needs, to
ensure everything runs smoothly before, during and after
the event. A get-in crew makes the process of setting up as
straightforward as possible.
A specially trained host team welcomes guests and escorts
them during their stay. They also handle cloakroom facilities
and conduct security procedures.
Our catering team can accommodate all needs, from a simple
buffet to a gala dinner. They are happy to suggest menus and
devise signature dishes and drinks to reflect event themes.
