MDOT started in 2002 as a creative consultancy soon realised that what was missing in the world of big agencies

to each an every project. We have grown into a team of 18 and offer an vast range of experience, not only in hours,
but in a diverse range of clients and projects. We pride ourselves on having an international client base, from the UK
to Dubai, Canada to Mozambique, using technology and relationships to manage these successful long distance
partnerships, as well as those in Johannesburg and Cape Town alike.

but at the end of the day we are all just people working with other
people.
When Mike first founded MDOT Design Studio in 2002 he soon
realised there was a massive gap in the market for doing business the
old fashioned way - building meaningful relationships with people
based on trust, truth, efficiency and service excellence.

Being a passionate creative visionary and an exceptional peoples
person in every sense of the word, Mike has acquired more than 24
years of experience in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Art Direction,
Business Management and Entrepreneurship both locally and
abroad. Over the past 16 years he has carefully crafted MDOT into
what it is today, an amazing success story bursting with potential and
rapidly expanding into a significant landmark in the creative industry.
Always pushing to keep on doing what were doing, but do it better
every time, whilst making every client we deal with feel like theyre
the only person in the room.
Integrity is everything in business but unfortunately, a lot of people talk
a good game yet cant seem to deliver on their promises.

With more than 17 years of marketing experience gained
in a number of senior marketing roles at a variety of blue
chip companies in financial services, healthcare, retail, IT,
telecommunications and advertising. This #BossLady quickly
became an obvious choice for the future of MDOT, helping us
diversify the existing business model to include exciting new
market segments, explore bigger opportunities and grow the
business to BEE Level 2 status.
As a confident business woman, Zaneles tenacity makes her a
true force to be reckoned with as she drives every brand initiative
with fearless tenacity and zealous passion for establishing,
growing, developing, creating and mapping customer experiences
and business journeys. Zaneles keen business acumen, strategic
marketing skills and ability to truly deliver on project management
slots in perfectly to our way of doing things, where together with
Mike and the MDOT Design Studio Team we get things done!
