Painism is in support of a hierarchy that all members of society have

equal opportunity to become a part of. The main point of Painism is a social
system in which the interest of the collective is above all else. This can be
done by having the interest of the collective and the interest of the individual
in the same frame of mind. In other ideologies, the goal is achievable, but
by having an abstract idea as our goal it is able to be guided ever closer to
success, rather than simply having a natural stopping point. This way we
recognise the infallibility of the world, and refuse to accept the fiction that it
may become perfect. The purpose of Painism is the eternal progress toward
reaching our abstract goal of complete power and knowledge, in order to
achieve our collective irrational goals. This goal is the only way to objectively
measure a human societies success, the success of the human species as a
whole.

Some may call us opposed to egalitarianism, but this is a

misconception. As stated earlier, Painism revolves around a hierarchy in
which all members of society have equal opportunity to take part in.
Democracy has it's place, however many aspects of human advancement are
highly technical. Is it fair to expect the average person to understand what
helps society? No, people cannot spend all their lives trying to grasp all
human knowledge. Every person should fit in, like a puzzle piece. The
worker as a class are as valuable as the leaders of a social system for the
advancement of humanity, towards our goal. This is the opposement of
wealth disparity that is logical but in contrast, a power disparity is needed.
Much like a parent raises a child, the best and brightest of our world must
lead us. Painism embraces the ideal of human equality, but also knows that
the abilities of people are different and so must be channeled.
When one hears the word "Totalitarianism" they hear the problems it
has caused, and quite rightly, but these problems have all occurred where
the equal opportunity of the masses to lead the society have been taken
away. This is clearly incompatible with the goals of society, even if Fascists
and Leninists try to rationalize it, but we do not give in to the individualist
anarchist notion that leadership should be rejected as a whole. These types
of government have led to societies that claim themselves to be utopias,
reaching their predetermined goal. But a system as we propose, where
change instead is the highest ideal, is radically different from anything that
has existed in our world before. This is why we refer to Painism as an
ontological or Anarcho-totalitarianism. Hierarchy is only legitimized if it is
always challenged by the new ideas of the best and brightest.

We are often called idealists. We don't feel this is really a criticism. The
Hegelian tradition is not anti pragmatic, We would even argue that it is not
possible to be pragmatic without an ideal that a society pragmatically works
toward. Is it so wrong to want to create an essential human, an ubermensch
even. This is the true goal of Eugenics and Gene therapy. It's easy to say
that Eugenics has been associated with atrocities in the past, but society
must see the reason why. It is because a inflexible totalitarian social system
that was running it. The goal became not about the advancement of
humankind, but rather bigotry and racial supremacy. This is why Eugenics
and Gene therapy must be placed in the hands of the scientific elite.
However, we do not stop at just eugenicism. We advocate for the
transhumanist modification of the human body. We feel this is necessary to
continue the progress of humankind, and bring us closer to realizing the
desires of the collective, and bring us closer to a singular state of collectivity
and individuality.
These ideals can be said to be rational in the sense they help
humanity, but many people don't care about humanity. Instead they are
guided by their own self interest. As much as we find this directionless, it
cannot be said to be irrational. However, this is why humankind must
organize itself in a way that self interest and social interest become one in
the same. Painism looks ever upwards. This is why we say tradition must be
changed. We don't reject tradition in it's entirety as much as the nihilist left
does. Yet we also don't worship reactionary traditions as the right does. We
wish to modify it to, of course. Further the goal, stated by society.

To fit into the meritocratic nature of society, Painism advocates for

education as one of its core tenets. However this is not a tool for
indoctrination of young minds. No, everyone that shows potential and
interest in a subject matter should be taught the history and current view on
the subject matter, as well as the skills needed to be proficient in it. This is a
lot of work, and not for everyone. If a person succeeds in having a education
and are relatively skilled in a subject matter. They should have the right to
have a voice in the control of the collective in this subject matter. This is a
"technocrat". What passes for a ruler in a Painist society. Back on the topic
of education. Often the strangest part of Painism to people are Child nurses,
but why should people raise kids without the qualification of being a good
parent? If they voluntarily give their custody to another caregiver. This is all
a child nurse is. An adult who is able to raise and educate a child, to be a
productive and socratic member of society. Working parents are not able to
give children the attention they need to thrive and develop. People must
realize that raising a child is not about the parent's "right" to raise them how
they see fit. It's about the child's development as a productive member of
society.
Going by the principles of ideological revolution and the vanguardist
tactics of Lenin. We look towards infiltrating the various government
structures around us by appealing to the special interest groups. As much as
we wish abolish these groups it's no secret in modern neoliberal
parliamentary systems, the government is eating out of their hands. We
wish to bring about their own demise through co-operation and the
nationalization of the means of production. Together as society we can make
sense of our irrational interests and fully realize the human race, we march
forever forward in the name of progress.
