(For example: Will information collected from this activity be used to award a grade? Will the individual
information collected be shared with students and/or parents to help them monitor individual progress?
Will you discuss the aggregate, anonymous data with the whole class to help them learn? Will you use data
to differentiate instruction for students, if so describe how.)
The data collected in this assessment will show the strengths and weaknesses of my students. It over half of
the class missed a certain question on the Kahoot Quiz then it notifies me that I need to re-teach the
information.
Describe what will occur after the SRS activity: After the student response activity, I will take the
data collected from the quiz to re-teach the topics that the students struggled with.
Describe your personal learning goal for this activity. (For example: What are you trying that you have
not tried before? What do you hope to learn from this activity? How do you hope it will help students learn?
You must design something that will help you learn something new. Honor system!) : My goal is to learn
the topics that students struggle with and do not struggle with. I try to use this assessment before the test to
see if I need to re-teach the information. Therefore, my main goal is to identify the weaknesses of my
students on certain topics so I can cover the information again.
