Three Good Things Worksheet Week 1

1. Throughout each day this week, be on the lookout for good things that you can be grateful for.
2. Before going to bed, write down three good things. These can be part of your every-day life, but do your best to record
three new/different things for each day of this week.
3. In the second column include your thoughts around why this good thing happened. Take some time to think about what
role you played in each Good Thing. In the third column identify at least one of your strengths that allowed this to
happen.
