Problem Identification

Essentia Health, a healthcare organization that employs approximately 16,000 employees across 4 different states and has
recently merged several clinics and hospitals. There are several required materials that new leaders are required to know to
be compliant.
Delivery

We would like to provide a complete overview of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) for new learners in an eLearning format. This
will also provide as an annual review for all learners. It will cover the policies that learners must recall to be compliant. We currently
have this material in a paper form, and this process is not feasible to track for Compliance.
