Project Time And Cost Estimate

The following is the project time and cost estimate for the project. This estimate
was created based on the specification done in conjunction with Mr. HARESH
LUND. Four main stages or phases were scheduled for this project: analysis and
design, coding (implementation), testing and deployment.
Total time required to complete the project is 45 working days

Maintenance and additional updates:

Bug fixing will be free of cost for a period of 2 months for the deployed
production source code.

Server Costing
Server charges and Cloud hosting charges will be free for the period of 1 year.
Afterwards, that will be charged as 30% of the development charge/Year as
Renewal Charge.

Terms and Conditions for Agreement

Deliverables

Nutech Solutions shall provide design services in which case all the design
elements are the property of HARESH LUND.
All images and text designed for the web site along with the web application is
the exclusive property of HARESH LUND.
All source code designed for the web application is the exclusive property of
Nutech Solutions.
Nutech Solutions reserves the right to use the source code customization and
the products that Nutech Solutions creates for any other purposes it may
choose.

Pricing
Nutech Solutions shall maintain the pricing as specified in the proposal until its
validity of 1 month.

3rd party fees

In cases where there is purchase of additional software requirement, the costs
shall be bared by the customer.
In cases where there is purchase of additional services from other vendors, the
purchase will be made by the customer.

Access to website
FTP access is recommended for attaining the modifications required.

External Causes

If by reason of labor disputes, strikes, lockouts, riots, war, earthquake, fire or

other action of the elements, accidents, governmental restrictions,
appropriation, inability to obtain labor or materials or other causes beyond
the reasonable control of a party hereto, either party is unable to perform in

whole or in part its obligations as set forth in this Agreement then such party
shall be relieved of those obligations to the extent it is so unable to perform
and such inability to perform shall not make such party liable to the other
party. Neither party will be Viable for any loss, injury, delays or damages
suffered or incurred by the other party due to the above causes.

Termination
A license agreement shall be provided along with the deliverables and will not
be limited to this agreement. Termination of this agreement will not
terminate the software and code license agreement.
This Terms and Condition agreement cannot be terminated without the
mutual consent of NUTECH SOLUTIONS.

The terms and conditions document must be printed signed and sent.
