PROSEDUR PENGGAMBARAN P & ID

1. Penggambaran P&ID harus menyiapkan diagram akhir

berdasarkan sketsa perencanaan diagram aliran proses
2. Unit judul gambar akan ditentukan oleh divisi teknik
3. Divisi teknik ini pun harus melengkapi seluruh informasi yang
diperlukan pada penggambaran yang meliputi : nomor jalur dan
ukuran pipa, spesifikasi bahan, komponen pipa, komponen
instrumentasi, arah aliran, peralatan umum dan khusus,
keterangan umum dan khusus yang diperlukan.
4. Pengawas P & ID harus melalui pengawas proyek unit proses P
& ID
5. Setiap perubahan harus diketahui dan disetujui oleh
perencanaan proyek, unit pengawasan gambar P & ID dan
proses

6. Penggambaran P & ID harus menggunakan identifikasi, kode-kode,

simbol-simbol, standar, spesifikasi yang telah ditetapkan untuk
setiap pelayanan
7. Setiap jalur yang melintang harus disepakati apakah jalur horizontal
atau vertikal yang dipotong pada penggambaran
8. Penyusunan peralatan seperti bejana-bejana, drum-drum, peralatan
pengubah panas, peralatan pemasan kesemuanya ini sedapat
mungkin dibuat disebelas atas gambar
9. Penyusunan pompa-pompa, kompresor-kompresor dan mesin
sejenisnya dibuat disebelah bawah gambar
10. Pada peralatan tidak perlu diberi keterangan ,tapi keterangan
tersebut dapat diberikan di atas atau dibawah gambar.
