DISCIPLINARY PROGRAM

In the event that the employee commits any of the offenses mentioned above,
several steps for investigating the matter will be handled by the company. There are
three stages that the employees case has to undergo before a sanction is set out by
the company.

Stage 1: Pre-investigation

In this stage, the immediate supervisor of the employee conducts a pre-investigation


wherein he/she will be acquiring all the facts pertaining to the event.

Stage 2: Show Cause

Once the assigned investigator gives a Show Cause Memorandum to the employee,
the employee is given two days to explain his side in writing.

Stage 3: Review and Formal Administrative Investigation

Once the employee gives his explanation, the investigator considers and studies the
employees explanation.
