Safety

The company aims to provide care and concern towards the needs of its employees
by providing a safe and healthy working environment for them. Having a safe
environment includes providing fire exits, fire extinguishers, and other fire safety
equipments. The employees have the opportunity to report harmful conditions and
injuries in the workplace upon experiencing discomfort and hazardous situations to
the General Manager of the store for it to be fixed quickly.

Using Safety Equipment

The employees are trained with the basic safety and health measures to be able to
assist during injuries and other situations. Also they are trained to handle the
equipment and devices provided by the management.

Care of Equipment and Supplies

Employees are tasked and trained to maintain the good condition of the safety
equipments. Defect occurring in the equipments shall be reported to the general
manager to provide aid or replacement for the damage.
