1 INTRODUCTION
HVAC system shall be designed to provide year round thermal environmental control for
the proposed Interior Fit-outs for M/s. Office at Orion Park ,Ahmadabad

2 OUTDOOR DESIGN CONDITIONS

Based on meterological data, the outdoor design conditions for Gujrat have been considered as follows:
Summer
DRY BULB TEMPERATURE : 110 Deg F.
WET BULB TEMPERATURE : 78 Deg F.

3 INDOOR DESIGN CONDITIONS

DRY BULB TEMPERATURE : 74 +/- 3.6 Deg F.

RELATIVE HUMIDITY : +/- 50%

4 Fresh Air
Fresh air intake considered is 5.0 CFM / person or 0.06CFM/sqft ,additional 30% whichever is more for air conditioned
areas in accordance with ASHRAE Indoor Air Quality Standards

5 Assumptions/Considerations
Below floor is air conditioned
Lights : 1.5 watts / Sqft.
Infiltraitons have not been considered
Wall U value :
outside wall. 0.350 Btu / hr.sf.deg F
partition wall. 0.380 Btu / hr.sf.deg F

Glass exposed to sun(6mm meadow-12mm air-6mm clear) as per your specification

Peak load was considered for May -July months for Gujrat
