Mysore Urban Development Authority invites application for

flats in Group Housing scheme on the basis of demand survey.
MUDA invites applications from Lower, Middle and Higher income
group of the society for flats in MUDA Group Housing scheme 2017.
The project is located on different location of Mysore city.

The registration for flats in the scheme has been started from

How to Apply:
The registration has been started from ____________ and interested
applicants can apply till ____________. Application form for the same can
be purchased from ______________________________and the same will be
submitted to ______________________ before the last date.
 On receipt of tenders, final tentative cost will be intimated to the applicants.
Enhancement of final cost shall not be exceed to 10% over the final tentative cost.

Payment schedule will be spread over two years on finalization of tenders : If the
construction is completed before two years, the allottees have to pay
the balance revised tentative cost in lumpsum and take possession of the
house/flat.

website at http//www.aphb.gov.in. Filled in application forms along with name
registration fees and application cost have to be sent to the concerned Executive Engineer
shown in column No.10 in notification on or before the last date. Application forms can also
be obtained from the Executive Engineer, concerned on payment.
Cost of application (Sampoornam,Sampada -
Rs.500/-); (Swarajyam -
Rs.300/-): and ( Siddhi- Rs.200/-). The last date for sale & receipt of filled in
application forms along with registration fee is 31 -10-2009 upto 5.00 P.M and for
Serving Defense Personnel 10 -11 -2009 upto 5.00 p.m.
