I, ERIKA A. ROMERO, Filipino, of legal age, single and a resident of Unit 3

Cortijus I, 25 Firefly St., Valle Verde 6, Pasig City, after being sworn in accordance
with the law, depose and say:

1. That I am the Treasurer of the corporation, FARO HOLDINGS CORP., with

principal office address at Annex I-D CSP Bldg. Compound, #173 EDSA,
Mandaluyong City;

2. That part of the capital contribution in exchange of the share of stocks of the
aforesaid corporation are residential buildings/houses respectively located in
Mandaluyong City and Calatagan, Batangas. The building in Mandaluyong
City was constructed in 1986 and duly declared under Mandaluyong City Tax
Declaration No. D-027-00910 with an assessed value of P 346,600.00 while
that building in Calatagan, Batangas was constructed in 1996 and duly
declared under the Municipality of Calatagan Tax Declaration No. 07-0005-
00311 with an assessed value of P 155,278.49.00;

3. That since the aforesaid buildings has long been constructed, having
complied with all the requirements of the law and having given the necessary
permits by the appropriate office of the local government unit wherein said
building is located, I hereby declare that the same are in GOOD CONDITION;

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest the veracity of the foregoing facts
and for whatsoever legal purpose this may best serve.
