I, Roque B.Patangan,of legal age ,Filipino, married and resident of Capitol Avenue, Egot,Dipolog
City,after being duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

1. That I, am the legally appointed administrator of the Heirs of the late Eufemia B.Destura,namely
Emmanuel B. Destura and Cherrie Marie Destura, who are now residents in USA;

2.That the late,Eufemia B.Destura left a partial of land situated at Katipunan Street,Miputak,Dipolog
City, identified as Lot-B-3,PSD-09-003490,containing an area of THREE THOUSAND EIGHT
HUNDRED SEVENTY SIX SQUARE METERS(3,876 )SQUARE METERS, and is classified as
agricultural Riceland Unirrigated land;

3. That to the best of my knowledge and since time immemorial, the land was untenanted because the
land was unirrigated , salty, planted with scatted mangroves and cannot be developed agriculturally;

4. That the land is free from arrears all kinds of taxes, except estate tax.

5. That, I have personally knowledge of its non tenancy, because I am also a previous land owner adjacent
to their lot.
