CIRCULAR No. 8154
The schedule of University Examinations to be held in First half of the year 2017 i.e.
(Summer 2017 examinations season) is given below for information of all the concerned.
All candidates are requested to confirm their Examination Seat Nos. on the Notice Board of the
College. The candidate should write correct Seat No. on each answer book. If candidate writes wrong Seat No.
on answer Book the performance of such subject will not be considered.
Candidates are requested to be present at the
ir respective places of examinations FIFTEEN MINUTES before the time of starting of the first paper
and TEN MINUTES before the time of starting of each subsequent paper. Candidates are forbidden to take any
book or paper into the Examination Hall.
Candidate should write answers in BLUE INK only.
Cellular phone, Programmable Scientific Calculator and Digital Diary or any other means,
which can be used for unfair practice, are not allowed in the Examination Hall.
Seating arrangement is made datewise and subjectwise; therefore, candidates are requested to see their
seating arrangement well before the commencement of examinations.

The forms, remaining if any will be accepted after the expiry of last date of the late fee,
with super late fee of Rs. 1500/- for each Examination.
The forms with super late fee will be accepted upto 5 days prior to the commencement
of concerned examination. (Excluding the day of commencement) No forms will be
accepted during the last five days before the commencement of examinations. This
Provision has been made in online system.
The students will be required to pay the following fees in addition to the examination fee:
A) i) For Statement of Marks : Rs.100/-.
ii) For Central Assessment Programme : Rs.100/-
iii) For issuing Certificate of Passing for the final examination : Rs.100/-
B) Incase student requires duplicate -
i) Admit Card : Rs.250/-
ii) Statement of Marks : Rs.300/-
iii) For issuing Certificate of Passing : Rs.300/-
The examination forms duly filled in online system and with the prescribed fees
shall be submited by the concern College/Institute within 2 days from the expiry of each
date for filling the examination forms i.e. without late fee and with late fee of Rs. 500/-
Thus University will accept the examination forms in two different. Examination form
with super late fee also can be submitted online to the University
Important :
1) Students appearing for backlog examinations will pay half of the
examination fees upto 3 subjects and full fees for more than 3 subjects for
that backlog examination.
If the Semester / Annual examination consists of 3 or less subjects, the
student appearing for backlog papers of less than three the student should
pay 50% of examination fees rounding off to next tens.
The separate head of passing shall be considered as one subject for the
purpose of examination fees.
2) Students appearing for out of turn practical examination will be charged
Rs. 150/- (Fees for professional as well as non professional courses)
3) Fees for the Project / Dissertation other than Ph. D. shall be Rs.750/- for
non professional courses and Rs.1500/- for professional courses. This shall
be in addition to the examination fees prescribed for the course (s) by the
University.

4) The blind students are exempted from the payment of examination
fees only.
Important Note :
1) Students of Final examination appearing first time for final examination

should uplode coloured photographs of good quality on examination forms
through on line system.
2) Student appearing for any backlog examinations should compulsorily fill

up the examination from on line. As the backlog Subjects cant be dropped
in online system. If a student do not wish to appear any of the examination
due to his genuine reasons, he should also compulsorily fill up the
examination form accordingly.
