Trust Council decree, tribally chartered and established under the Nigvwasdv Itsudalegi
Aniyunwiya Tribal Trust and in accordance with the CONSTRUCTIVE AND PUBLIC NOTICE of the
Nigvwasdv Itsudalegi Aniyunwiya Tribal Trust Charter dated December 19, 2016 (near Cobb
County) and Certificate of Incorporation dated January 27, 2017 (near Douglas County) in the
Territory of Georgia near Cobb County Register of Deeds Document Number 2016-0145914 Deed
Book 15399 Page 4395, and Douglas County Register of Deeds Document Numbers 2017MS61,
2017MS70 and 2017MS73.

The Nigvwasdv Itsudalegi Aniyunwiya Tribal Trust filed the CONSTRUCTIVE AND PUBLIC NOTICE
of the creation and establishment of AMERICAN ABORIGINAL PRESERVATION BUSINESS,LLC within
30 days of this notice. The notice must include that AMERICAN ABORIGINAL PRESERVATION
BUSINESS is a tribal business tribally chartered and established under the Nigvwasdv Itsudalegi
Aniyunwiya Tribal Trust. This business is created and operated in accordance with the charter and
public notice of the Nigvwasdv Itsudalegi Aniyunwiya Tribal Trust, and is owned and operated
exclusively by the Nigvwasdv Itsudalegi Aniyunwiya Tribe and protects the express trusts of its
members.

This honorable, respectful and proper formed and initiated the genuine efforts of the Nigvwasdv
Itsudalegi Aniyunwiya Tribal Trust and signed in red ink must be sent to: Nigvwasdv Itsudalegi
Aniyunwiya Tribal Trust Department to engage and establish DELORES EDITH BUNCH-KEEMER
EXPRESS TRUST under the trade name DELORES EDITH BUNCH-KEEMER to conduct transactions
for the benefit of the Grantor/Secured Party and owner of the Express Trust.
