CALL TO ORDER

Good afternoon Ladies and Gentlemen. May I have your attention please. We
are about to begin our Afternoon Wedding Reception so please locate your
respective seats and make yourself comfortable. Thank you.

INTRODUCTION

Marriage does not guarantee you will be together forever, its only a paper.
It takes love, respect, trust, understanding, friendship and faith in your
relationship to make it last.

A very good and blessed afternoon to everyone and welcome to Ivy and
Reagans Wedding Reception. We are done with the solemn part of the
celebration and we thank those people who were with us earlier at Our Lady
of Miraculous Parish for the wedding ceremony. And for those who just join in,
Welcome to the reception for our newlyweds in celebration of the beginning
of their new life together. So sit down, relax, enjoy and be loved by this
afternoon program.

I am Paul, Reagans younger cousin and this is ________________, __________

your masters of ceremony for this event. We thank all of you for gracing this
joyful occasion especially to those who have traveled many miles just to be
with us. In behalf of Reagan and Ivy together with their parents, we would
like to express their heartfelt gratitude for your presence at this memorable
occasion. It is indeed a pleasure to have you all this afternoon.

ENTRANCE

At this point, let us now witness the parade of the wedding entourage. Are
you excited to see our newlywed? Do not be getting excited because they
are already lined up at the entrance ball. Bur first; let us welcome with great
delight the kids who made this wedding very blissful.

One of the parents dreams is to see the wedding of their children. I am

sure, our couples parents are equally excited as them. Let us now recognize

Now the big moment, Ladies and Gentleman, our bride and groom Ivy and
Reagan! Ladies and Gentleman, a let us give a big hand for the newlywed
please.

Congratulations Reagan and Ivy and best wishes to both of you. We wish you
to be blessed with a long and happy life together with your future children.
So there you have it, ladies and gentlemen our new lovely couple. Let us
again give them a big round of applause.

Thank you very much. Let us all be seated now. Truly, this event will be a
celebration of love, a feast of two hearts who vowed to stay forever no
matter what. This afternoons program will be quite exciting for we will
witness the love between these two young people. And maybe some
wedding traditions exercised as well as not your usual bouquet and garter
ceremonies which would be more fun and memorable. Plus the sumptuous
meal of Fortune Field Resort is already set. Arent you all excited?

Prayer

The guidance of the Lord is for always the best thing we should consider,
May we request everybody to please rise for the prayer through a video
presentation.

Cutting of the cake

A wedding is not complete without traditions. We would like to move on to
the first tradition, the cutting of the cake.

May we request the Groom and Bride to prepare for the cake cutting
ceremony. The cake, which has been a part of wedding celebrations since
the Roman times, is a symbol of good luck and fertility. The sharing of this
food symbolizes the couple's willingness to fulfill each other's needs, creating
a bond so simple and yet so strong.

Ladies and Gentlemen, let us witness the cutting of the cake by Mr. and Mrs.
Aradanas.

Champagne Toast

Our next tradition is the champagne toasting. Raising a glass together is a

way for everyone to share in wishing good health and happiness to the
newlyweds. As the champagne is poured, our newlyweds now make wishes
for their good fortune, a better future and the best life possible for them. We
would like to invite everyone to raise their glasses to Groom and Bride and
join them in their fervent wishes through good fellowship and camaraderie,
love and happiness.

May we now call on the ___________,________, to lead the champagne toasting.

Lunch

We know that so much has already happened in on this day and we still have
the entire afternoon ahead of us. And nothing less can be expected from the
warm and excellent services of Fortune Field Resort. Enjoy the afternoon,
ladies and gentlemen as we listen to good music and video presentations
while enjoying the sumptuous lunch.

Well Wishes from Family and Friends

It is said that our parents are our first teachers having raised us patiently
from childhood to adulthood. They have been our source of comfort, support
and inspiration. Reagan and Ivy are truly blessed with such wonderful
parents and Im quite sure when it comes to knowing what marriage is all
about, they always have a word or two to share to their children. We would
like to call on the Mother of the Groom, Mrs. Consuelo E. Aradanas to say a
few words of wisdom and Best Wished to our newlyweds

(MESSAGE)

Thank you so much Madam for that inspiring message. Now we would like to
call on the Father of the Bride, Mr. Josemarie B. Hontanar Sr. to say a few
words of wisdom to our newlyweds.

Thank you Sir. Last but certainly not the least, we now call on Mr. Geensis
Lampon to say a few words to Reagan and Ivy in behalf of grooms sister,
Alona.

Thank you Sir. Lets us again give them again a big hand for such wonderful
and meaningful speeches.

Tossing of the Bouquet or Bouquet Throw

At this time, may I request all the single ladies to please come over for the
bouquet throw. We would also like to request the bride to come forward and
take her place at the center.

Ok so ladies, take your place behind the bride and be prepared to catch the
bouquet. It is said that whoever will catch the bouquet will soon to be the
next bride.

Alright. Everything is fine. Audience, may I request you to join me in counting

okay.. Ready, 321 and Go!

May I request for the lady who was able to catch the bouquet to please come
forward and join me here. Congratulations and may I have your name
please? Ok so lets give a big hand to Miss______. Please have seat beside the
bride and in a moment, we shall match in the garter toss.

Retrieval of Garter and Garter Toss.

Before we go with the garter toss, the groom will retrieve the garter/elastic
from his bride. So may we request Tibor and Maricel to please come on the
center and do the garter retrieval ritual.

Ladies and gentlemen, the groom will now retrieve the garter from the bride.

There you have it. Ladies and gentlemen; the groom was finally able to
retrieve the garter. Let us give him a big hand.

Okay it is now the gentlemen's turn and we will now do the garter toss. May I
now request all single men to come forward for the garter toss. Please take
note the single man who does not have garter will be the person who will
retrieve the real garter.

Gentlemen please take your place behind the groom and be ready to catch
the garter. So is everyone ready? At the count of three, the groom will throw
the garter and again we request the audience to participate in the
countdown.

Okay ready when you are guys. One... Two Three... and off it goes

(Groom throws the unreal garters and gentlemen try to catch it.)

May I request for the gentlemen who now have in his possession the garter.
Sir pleases come forward and takes your place beside the lady who has the
bouquet.

Opening of Gifts (Biggest and Smallest)

THANK YOU MESSAGE OF THE COUPLE

The afternoon and this reception have almost come to an end but for our
newlyweds it is just a start of their new life together. As we each go home,
may this day be memorable for all of us as it it to them. To personally convey
their heartfelt gratitude, let us now lend our ears to Reagan and Ivy.

Q. FIRST WEDDING DANCE

This afternoon is indeed a special event and will forever be etched in the
memory of our beloved couple. For tonight marks the beginning of their new
life together. From this day forward they shall be one and on this joyful
beginning of their life together. From this day forward, they shall be one, and
on this joyful beginning what could be more fitting than to celebrate it with
their first dance. The first dance is the symbolic of the consummation of their
wedding vows. This dance is the wedding couples' first cooperative
engagement and joint endeavor. Ladies and gentlemen, it is once again my
privilege to present to you Mr. and Mrs. Aradanas with their First Dance.

DOVE KISSING TRADITION

This time lets see them hold those two doves; please take them out of the
cage. Then, they will make those lovely dove kiss each other.

White doves are a symbol of joy, and since a wedding is a joyous occasion,
opening the bird's cage so that they can fly freely, or using photos of doves
in the day's decor is definitely appropriate. Superstition also suggests that
couples who see a pair of doves on their wedding day will have a blessed
marriage, which is a wonderful sentiment for the new couple to keep in mind
when starting a new life together.
Dove Release

The bride and groom will now do the dove release. May I request the
newlywed to please come forward and each get a dove.

The two doves signify Reagan and Ivy being released to start a new journey
together. Like the two pairs of dove, whatever happens they will always try
to seek the comfort of each other and their home together. This is where
they know that they will find love A dove always choose one mate for life,
and signify love, faithfulness, joy, and hope.

Reagan and Ivy are now ready so we will now release the doves. At the count
of three, release the doves. One... Two... Three... and... off they go!!! That
was beautiful.
