Warranty Policy
We take pride in Quality merchandise, Customer service, and Prompt delivery. Our products are manufactured with the
best quality materials and passed through a complete QA procedure before being shipped to the customer. If you need help
with service of our products, we assist you promptly.
All the units carry a minimum of 1 year limited warranty for manufacturing defect from the date of shipping.
Warranty covers only the units purchased from CocoaTown LLC or its authorized dealers or authorized webmalls and used by
the original purchaser. Warranty terms & limitations are detailed below.
CocoaTown will assist the customer if there is any difficulty getting warranty service from the manufacturer when the product is
warranted directly by the manufacturer.
For products covered by CocoaTown, CocoaTown has the option to repair or replace the product with a similar or equivalent
unit or component at the discretion of CocoaTown Service Technician. If the product needs service after the warranty period, it
will be repaired for a reasonable charge.
If the product needs to be serviced during the warranty period, please contact CocoaTown by email or phone for prompt
service. CocoaTown will issue Return Authorization number (RA#) and instructions. Units sent for service without a RA# will
not be accepted by our receiving department.
If warranty service is needed, CocoaTown supplies the parts for commercial appliances and/or equipment sold outside
continental USA and the user installs these parts at their cost. Customer is responsible to install the parts following instructions
provided by CocoaTown.
The maximum liability for CocoaTown is the cost of the unit stated in the original invoice. Under nocircumstances is
CocoaTownresponsible for any loss or damage, direct or consequential, resulting from the use of the product. This
warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied (statuary or otherwise) and of all other obligations on
CocoaTown part.

Warranty Terms & Limitations:


Warranty covers the units purchased directly from CocoaTown.com or its authorized dealers, distributors or web malls.
Shipping Damages are not considered as manufacturing defect.
Warranty applies to original purchaser only. Warranty is not transferable
Warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation and/or installed by unqualified person. Units should be
installed by State certified professionals.
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, intentional damage, usage for other than intended purpose, improper use,
being involved in accident etc.
Manufacturing defect does not cover failure of components resulting from not adhering to maintenance schedule
Products bought as used appliance / equipment, or from other than CocoaTown or their authorized dealer, are not covered
under warranty.
Small scale appliances / equipment can be repaired or replaced (depending on the defect) at the discretion of
CocoaTown technician, if the customer ships at their cost to CocoaTown. CocoaTown pays for parts, labor and return shipping
cost only for warranty coverage.

Warranty addendum for shipments outside continental USA:


The Melangers and GrindeursTM and other appliances / equipmentsold by CocoaTown are thoroughly tested against their
specifications.
The units are insured for any shipping damage if the shipping arrangement is made by CocoaTownTM. Any shipping damage
will be covered by the shipping courier. Customer should follow shipping couriers instructions for claiming shipping damages.
It is not practical to provide warranty repair service from USA for the units shipped outside continental USA. If the unit arrives
with no shipping damage, but has DOA (Defect On Arrival), we provide procedures to identify the problem and will ship the
replacement part. Customers will have to get the defective parts replaced locally by a qualified / certified repair person at their
cost. The DOA has to be reported to CocoaTownTM within 2 working days after the unit is delivered. For those units that need
service after the warranty period. CocoaTownTM will supply the spare parts at a reasonable price.

RETURN POLICY
At CocoaTown.com we take pride in Quality merchandise, Customer service, and Prompt delivery. We are certain that our
customers will be satisfied with our product. We believe in educated customer. We encourage you do enough research and be
completely sure that the product you purchase will meet your requirements. However, if you are not satisfied with our products
or have concerns, we will assist you to address your queries.

Returns for Refund


If you decide to return the product for a refund, please contact CocoaTown for Return Authorization number and instructions.
Returns are considered for a refund only if the returned unit is Unopened, Unused, and are in the original resalable
condition, with all the packing materials, original boxes, instruction manual, warranty card (not filled up), and all accessories.
Claims for returns should be made within 15 days from the date of receipt.
All returns are subjected to a minimum of 15% restocking fee.
Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. If the unit is purchased under Free Shipping offer, the cost of shipping
the unit to the customer incurred by CocoaTown.com will be deducted from the refund amount.
Spare parts cannot be returned for refund.
Customer ships the unit back to CocoaTown.com at the customers cost by UPS or FedEx ground service.
Customer is responsible for any transit damages during the return shipment.
Units without the Return Authorization number will not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed in 4-6 weeks
No refunds on the used appliances / equipment.
