Markets overnight
The earnings season was off to a good start yesterday as Alcoa reported above-

expectations earnings after the closing bell. US equities edged slightly higher in
Monday’s trading session, as investors awaited the second-quarter results from the SEK: Unemployment (10:00 CET)
aluminium producer. Hence, the S&P500 index ended the day 0.1% up.
