two or three equal numbers, if all are not equal?

4) We need a prober Pseudo Code, and Running Application only that finds out the needed
Land dimensions to accommodate a total audience of 2500 people; if you told that you
need to reserve a space of 1 square meter per person.
You also required to increase the outcome needed Land dimensions by one third
to be used as a stage.
