Sub: Waiver of Interest receivable under MSMED Act 2006

We hereby declare that:

1. We are not registered under the Micro Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act,
2006 (MSMED Act 2006)

2. We hereby waive the right to receive any interest, which would other-wise have been
receivable by us under section 16 of the MSMED Act, 2006.

3. The aforesaid waiver is absolute and irrevocable.

4. The aforesaid waiver shall be effective for all transactions entered into by us with your
company up to and including March 31, 2010.

It is further declared that the undersigned is competent to give the aforesaid waiver.
