AFFIDAVIT OF NON-HOLDING OF ELECTION

depose and state:

That I am the Association Secretary of _________________, an Association duly

organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the Republic of the

That while in accordance with the By-Laws of the association an election should
be held every two (2) years no such election has been conducted because we are a take
out of the Social Housing Finance Corporation;

That since there was no election conducted, the Officers of the Association
remains to be the same persons who are the incumbent Officers of the Association;

That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the fact of the non holding of
election of our Association to support our request for an updated General Information
Sheet with the HLURB and for such other purpose it may deem relevant and necessary.
