Objective
Obtaining a teaching position that utilizes my passion for teaching history and preparing students to be active positive citizens in a
global society through differentiated instruction focusing on the individual in todays multi-literacy and high tech educational
environment.

Observed and assisted with regular and honors History; actively participating in instructional activities, lesson planning,
and lesson delivery.
While serving in the United States Army, designed and taught lessons in critical areas ranging from first aid to
nuclear/biological/chemical warfare response to diverse groups of fellow soldiers. (1992-1994)
While working as Systems Administrator for the Leake County School District in Carthage, MS, instructed teachers and
students in appropriate use of technology. (1997-1998)
While working as an Assistant Professional at The Wicked Stick Golf Links in Myrtle Beach, SC instructed men and
women in golf lessons and offered golf coaching services focusing on mechanics and course management. (Eager to work
with students in athletic areas when possible.)
While working as Sergeant of Security Services for Trident Security at Phoenix Childrens Hospital, dealt closely with
families in critical and dire stress situations. Duties in this position included close work with law enforcement, and restraint
training for children and adolescents.
