On behalf of the management, I again apologize that your cruise was disrupted when
the fresh water pipe burst in the bathroom on the deck above and flooded your cabin.
Whilst there is no difference in cost between these cabins, we would like to offer you
100 per day for the loss of facilities plus 100 in recognition of the inconvenience you
experienced, making a total of 300.
If you would like to use this to settle your On Board Account, we could send you a
voucher for the balance either as On Board Spend for a future cruise or as a future
cruise discount voucher. Do let me know at Reception which of these you would
prefer.
