Dear Mrs Fransen,

We would like to apologise for the inconvenience due to the wet carpet in the cabin; it is
due to a faulty mechanism in the toilet which has cause the fresh water to overflow. The
problem has now been rectified however, it may take approximately more than a couple
of hours more get the carpet dry.

In this regard, we wish to offer a cabin on Deck 6, cabin 6002 for you to transfer if you
so wish. Please find enclosed temporary card for you to have a look. Of course
assistance in moving will be arranged as soon as you are ready.

Please advise Reception should you wish to accept this offer.
