Standard Preparation

The stock ascorbic acid of 1mg/mL is prepared from pure ascorbic acid (pellet
form), made by weighing 100mg of L-ascorbic acid with 100mL of deionised
water in dark volumetric flask. From stock solution, a series of standards is made
with its concentration stated in the following table and standards are kept away
from sunlight.
