Dear Mr and Mrs Hawkins,

On behalf of the management, I apologize that your cruise was disrupted by the
flooding of your toilet, and that you had to sleep overnight in a different
accommodation.

A refund is therefore due to you of the difference in cost between these cabins for the
one night that you stayed in 9087 namely 50.00 plus 50 in recognition of the
inconvenience you experienced totals 100.

If you would like to use this to settle your On Board Account, we could send you a
voucher for the balance either as On Board Spend for your future cruise or as a
future cruise discount voucher. Do let me know at Reception which of these you would
prefer.
