Analyzing and Evaluation: The analyzing and evaluation went well as The students were more interested in the students were asking many questions. analyzing and evaluation of Roman laws. They complained about some laws and I They asked many questions about the laws. asked them what kind of changes they wanted to make. The reflection part was good too as they wrote about their own country laws and evaluated whether those laws are effective or not. Writing reflection is a familiar thing in ITC. I also believe that when we reflect, we would be able to know more about ourselves, strengths and weaknesses and we can be improved more Grammatical mistake: I made a grammatical error (instead of Do and more as we practice self-evaluation you agree? I typed Are you agree?). and self-reflecting.
Unexpectedly, one student realized that
mistake and told to his friends by projecting his voice and made fun of me. In his worksheet, he even answered I are agree, I are not agree. I felt bad about that and I apologized for my mistake (I should have double checked). It was a great experience as I learned how to laugh along making jokes instead of taking it serious. On the other hand, as Christian teachers, we should redeem our students from being fallen in inappropriate manners as it could mean humiliation and it might hurt others.
