ABSTRACT

The present invention relates to a device used for collecting waste for tributaries. The
waste inlet is in level with the surface water. A submersible pump is installed at the bottom part
of the device where a spool type rubber connectors have full-face rubber flanges, reinforced with
metal backing rings. It is used to resists deformation, towards the water pressure entering the
submersible pump. The garbage gathered from the surface water will be entrapped to the waste
bucket. The waste bucket is equipped with a level sensor, to detect the level of waste. A lift
mechanism is used for the waste bucket, then will discharged waste from the desired collecting
bin. A motor is the source of power that is utilized by the system. All the controls of the device
are connected to a main control system that is operated manually.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates in general to waste collection particularly to a waste


collecting device from tributaries.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Collecting wastes in tributaries has never been given much attention; however, with the
advent of new technology, thinking thoroughly behind the advantages of collecting wastes, a
considerable amount of effort in developing this method can be provided.

One particular field of interest is about carrying out the objective that collects wastes that
lessen the human intervention and increasing the amount of wastes that can be collected. The
state of the art CN 203127113 U, a garbage collecting device used on surfaces of lakes. It is
capable of collecting the floating garbage away from a lakeside safely and improving working
efficiency, simple in operation, used for clearing away floating objects on the surfaces of the
lakes and rivers. The device uses a net spreading frames that is installed on two sides of the tail
portion of the boat body, and a remote-control plate is controlled by an operator. The said device,
however, is limited to near areas because the device is controlled by a remote, thus the device
cannot reach further areas. There is no proper wastes disposal, since the device only catches
floating waste that is carried through the shoreline. Using net spreading frames, there is a
possibility that it can tear apart.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates a waste collecting device for tributaries. It includes a waste
inlet that collects floating wastes on surface water. As the first stage of waste collection, the
submersible pump is installed at the bottom of the waste bucket. The spool type rubber
connectors located at the submersible pump having full-face rubber flanges is used to resist
deformation. The waste is then entrapped to the waste bucket through the process of suction in
the submersible pump. The lift mechanism is applied to the movable waste bucket with plurality
of small holes discharges the wastes to the detachable collecting bin. The plurality of small holes
separate the excess water from the wastes. A lever sensor is equipped in the waste bucket to
detect the level of waste. The waste bucket will automatically discharge the wastes to the
collecting bin. The power supply used for the device is utilized by a motor. The main purpose of
the invention is to lessen the water pollution that is a concern by dealing more waste that is being
disposed through tributaries. The invention is capable of collecting waste by adapting new ways
of collecting waste through mechanical aspects.

CLAIMS
1. A garbage collector device designed to collect garbage from the water surface,
comprising of:

submersible pump;
waste bucket;
lift mechanism;
and level sensor.
Characterized in that, the said submersible pump uses the process of suction that
utilizes high pressure to collect large amount of wastes from the surface water that
is connected to the spool type rubber connectors having full-face rubber flanges,
reinforced with metal backing rings. Entering to the waste inlet, the collected
wastes from the movable waste bucket with plurality of small holes will separate
the water from the wastes. A lift mechanism is installed to the movable waste
bucket and a level sensor detects the amount of wastes that automatically
discharges the wastes to the collecting bin.

pollutants and separates the excess water from the wastes.

wastes from bucket to the collecting bin.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In reference with the figures, the waste collecting device comprising: a submersible pump
1 connected in a spool type rubber connectors 2 with full-face rubber flanges to absorb the
vibration produced by the pump 1; a spool type rubber connectors 2 with full-face rubber
flanges connected in a rectangular to circular duct 3 to fully enclose the pumping process; a
waste bucket 4 that is positioned above the duct 3, collects the wastes going to the waste inlet of
the device and carries the wastes; a lifting mechanism comprises of supporting shaft 5 and
together with waste bucket with plurality of small holes 6 to transport waste and drain the water,
where the movable waste bucket 6 is connected to the shaft 5, the movable waste bucket 4 holds
and ejects the wastes to the collecting bin 7.

the motor is connected with a propeller which is installed on the tail portion of the central
axis of the boat body, net spreading frames are installed on two sides of the tail portion
of the boat body, a garbage collecting net is installed on the net spreading frame, and a
remote control plate is controlled by an operator. The garbage collecting device used on
the surfaces of the lakes and the rivers is capable of collecting the floating garbage
away from a lakeside safely and improving working efficiency, simple in operation, low in
cost, and used for clearing away floating objects on the surfaces of the lakes and the
rivers.
