1. Open visual boy advance..

2. Then press file ( on the top left corner)

3. Then press open and choose the game (saphire or emerald or ruby)
4. Then press on options
5. Thenn Press on Emulator
6. Then Speed up Toogele ( only if u want to increase game speed)
controls--- moving arrow keys
instead of A it is Z and instead of B its X.
You can chnage the controls by pressing options-->Joypad-->Configure-->1
an dchoose yor controls...
Then press on default joypad in (joypad in options) and press 1......
