Computing Scale. In order to operate smoothly,
to last the durability, and to reduce the chance
of breakdown for this product, please read this
Manual carefully.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. In order to prevent the scale from dusta and static electricity, please fix the dustproof
cover on the scale with double-sided adhesive.
2. The scale should not be drenched by rain or water. (If it gets wet carelessly, please
wipe it dry with a cloth. If its operation is abnormal, please send it to our distributor for
service. )
3. Please keep the scale in a cool and dry place. Do not store at high temperatures or
damp places.
4. Please keep the scale clean and free from insect infestation.
5. To avoid impact and it is to be used under designated pressure (the weight put on the
platter can not exceed the maximum capacity of the scale).
6. If the scale is not going to be used for some time, please clean it and store it in a plastic
bag in dry condition. A desiccant sachet may be included to prevent moisture build up.
The scale should be recharged every 3 months to prevent failure of the internal
rechargeable battery.
7. The commodity should be placed in the center of platter for accurate weighing. The
dimension of the weighted commodity should not exceed the dimension of platter.
8. Please release the protection screw 4 before weighing.
9. Any suggestion for product is warmly welcome.
PREPARATIONS BEFORE USING

1. Put the scale on a firm level surface free for accurate weight readings. Adjust the four
leveling feet to get the leveling bubble at the centre of circle.
2. Scale must be used under a stable temperature and stable air flow. Avoid direct sunlight

onto the scale or near the exhaust port of ventilating system.
3. Scale must be used under individual socket to avoid the interference of other electric
appliances.
4. Remove any weight that might be on the platter before the scale is switched on.
5. Please note that when or symbol appears on the screen, the scale needs to
be recharged.

Remark:
The keypad,which is for 6preset, has two kinds of shape.One is square (above left), the other
oblong (above right).
0 ~ 9 : Number key. Press the keys to input the numbers (0 ~ 9) and to set unit price.
CE : Press the key to clear the old unit price and then input the new one if you would like to
change the unit price (If the unit price has been input for 3 seconds, you can input the
new one immediately.).
Recall function:
When Unit Price shows 0, press CE to recall the accumulation total times and total
amounts.
P1 ~ P5 : Five groups memory function descriptions
P6 : memory function descriptions (corresponding to 00-79 totally memory 80groups)
T : Press the key to deduct the containers weight and the symbol in Weight will appear.
Z : Zero function.
CHAPTER 3 OPERATION DESCRIPTION

3-1 To Check Internal Value
Press Zero key, when the display show ,,then, press CE key
immediately. The display will show internal value. Pres 0 to exit the internal value
mode and return to the weighing mode.
3-2 Backlight Operation Description (Option)

<Method 1>
Press Zero key, the display will show ,then press 4 key right
away. It means auto backlight mode. It is auto backlight mode.

Press Zero key, the display will show , then press 5 key right
away. It means without backlight mode.
It is backlight off mode.
<Method 2>
Press 0 key for 2 seconds, the beeper will have beep three times.
The scale will change to backlight mode auto backlight mode or backlight off mode.
Auto backlight mode
When there is a weight on the pan which weight is over 10d or pressing any keys, the
backlight will be on. After back to zero for 10 desonds (the weight is under 10d,),
backlight will be off
The scale will be memorized power off backlight mode.
3-3 Select Pricing Unit
n Press 00 key two times, the display will show the current priceing unit.

o Using digit key 1 ~ 4 key to select pricing units. The scale will be back to weighing &
price mode. The display will show the symbol indication for the request priceing unit.

3-4 Fix Power-on Pricing Unit

1. To cancel power on pricing unit operation procedure
Press Zero key, the display will show , then press 7 key, the
scale cancels the requested power on pricing unit.
After cancel the power on pricing unit, the scale memorizes the last power off unit.
The last pricing unit shows on the display
2. To fix power-on pricing unit operation procedure

Using 00 key to select the power on pricing unit.
Press Zero key, the display will show , then press 8 key, the

scale will fix as the request power on pricing unit.
According to the above operation procedure to fix the power on pricing unit, no matter what
pricing unit is used at the operation procedure or power off pricing unit. The power on unit is
fixed as the setting.
If youd like to change power on pricing unit, please follow the working procedures as
follows:
1. Enter to the power on pricing unit working procedure.
2. Cancel the power on pricing unit.
3. Enter the power on pricing unit working procedure.
4. Reset to fix another power on pricing unit.
3-5 Weight External Calibration
Operation mode 1. Make sure the scale backs to zero and keeps in kg mode.
2. Press MC key and do not release, the then press . key to show
, the weight display . kg .
3. Release two keys.
4. Key-in pre-calibration weight, the display will show pre-calibration of
weight value in flash. Place full weight on the pan. When the scale is
stable, take off the weight from the pan. The calibration finished.
3-6 Factory Default Setting

Return to the factory setting, please press MC key and CE key.
Operation : Press MC key and do not release, then press CE key. After
buzzer beep sound, release two keys. The scale will return to factory setting.
3-7 G Value Adjustion

(Please dont do it when doing internal calibration)
Operation
1. Press 0 key and do not release, and then power on to enter int G value adjustion
mode.
2. Press T key to search the historic G value data.
3. Press M+ key to set and confirm G value. ( Press Z key for model of 14 keys)
4. Press 0 ~ 9 key to input the value.

5. Press CE key to shift the flashing digit one space to left.

6. Press key to exit.
(1) When the SWA1 is located in LOCK position, it can be revise the G value in 9 times..
It will display the last G value and all the historic data will be cleared in internal calibration.
(2) The other historic data will be cleared when the SWA1 is located in ADJ. And the G value
range are from 9.78031 to 9.83217.
3-8 Preset Operation Description

After do the steps 1, 2 of 1.1, press P6. If do to to key-in thedigit 00~79 within 2
seconds, the unit price will be saved into P6. If key-in the digit 00~79 within 2
seconds, the unit price will be save into the reserved location.
2. Calling the preset unit price method:

2.2 P6 Calling the preset unit price method
Press P6 and if do not key-in the digit 00~79 within 2 seconds, the unit price of P6 will
be recalled. And if key-in any digit 00~79 within 2 seconds, the unit price will be
recalled.

CHAPTER 5 LINEARITY CALIBRATION

Before switch the scale on, put the MINI JUMPER of SWA1 on ADJ position.
Press MC key, 1 key and 6 key at the same time to access the keyboard
selection model. (Press T , 1 and 6 at the same time for 14key model.)
Please enter into Unit price and Total price to display the initial program version number for
new scales.

The internal value must be between 80 000 to 350 000,with platter on

Means between range of E6 and E7.
Example : Full capacity=30kg , there are 3 sections 10 kg,10kg,10kg

CHAPTER 6 SPECIFICATION
CALIBRATION
Before switch the scale on, put the mini jumper of SWA1 on the main board to the position of
ADJ. Make sure that the platter is properly place on the scale, or there will be error between
E1 and E2.
Press the keys of MC , 1 and 7 at the same time to access the keyboard
selection mode. (Press T , 1 and 7 for 14 key model.)

If youd like to show the initial program version number, please press the keys of Unit price
and Total price.

Low Power Alarm

When the ( ) symbol keeps flashing on the left down corner of the display, it need
charging.
The indicator will turn off automatically after 5 ~ 10 hours (approximately 1 ~ 2 hours
with backlight on), when the low battery warning symbol shows up. The indicator must
be fully charged, before operating again.
When the low battery warning symbol shows up, please recharge the indicator
immediately for fear of weight instability.
Error Messages
OL The weight value is over full capacity + 9d.
E1 Zero value at +10% above TOTAL SPAN.
E2 Zero value at -10% below TOTAL SPAN.
E4 Unstable condition when the scale counts back to zero.
If the unstable time is over 10 seconds, please press 0 key to exit E4.
E6 If the internal value is over (350,000).
E7 If the internal value is below (80,000).

CHAPTER 8 MODEL SELECTION SETTING

Before switching the scale on, put the MINI JUMPER of SWA1 on ADJ position.
Press M+ key to enter the setting mode with 20key price scale.
20key ,14key,16key (International Edition)

After switching the scale on,press M+ key and do not release and enter it after finishing
counting down.
Press the number key 0 , then jump to P3 to continue settings.

Remark: When EEPROM is 24C02,it only has 6 groups of Preset Unit Price P1~P6.
When EEPROM is 24C04,it adds to P6 (00~79) 80 groups Preset Unit Price.

Preset Using Conditions:

1. Preset function turn on (Note A)
2. The scale should be empty
3. There should not be general tare value (Note B)

Preset function turn on / off (SWA1 should be adjusted to ADJ)
Hold keypad C,it will shows Preset tare state after 2 seconds.
If Preset tare state is on, the Preset tare function will be off and it will restart-up.
If it is on the state of on, it show PT YES; If off, it shows PT NO
(Note B)
If Preset function is on, general tare function can be used (But the premise should be CLEAR
preset tare value), Preset tare function and general tare function can not be used meanwhile.If
you want to use preset tare function, you should clear general tare value to use preset tare
function.

The scale should be empty, and press number key to input the preset tare value you want,
For example, if you want preset tare 1.00kg, you should input 100
It shows as follows:

If not pressing key F within 2 seconds, you will quit the preset tare value of this time and be

At this time,it will occur net and PT light.
To clear preset tare operating mode is as follows:

back the last preset tare value.

Germany best 16KEY 50PRESET settings are as follows: (EEPROM should be 24C04). Preset
PLU setting mode.
1. Hold PLUkey until it shows as follows: (Unit Price shows 0 and flickers )

2. Press number keys to input PLU Address you need (01~50),totally it can record 50 groups.
P nr. 1
For example, if you want to store the 1st PLU, press number key 1, when the number key 1
rightmost flickers.
(if you want to store the 32rd PLU, press number key 32, when the number key 2 rightmost
flickers.)
When flickering, you can modify the value input by pressing key C.After 2 seconds,it stops
flickering when it shows Unit Price, entering into inputting PLU,.Total shows 0.00, the
number key 1 rightmost flickers as follows.
3. Entering into inputting PLU, it shows Unit Price, which can be set 5 digits at most.

If you want to store the unit price of 0.1, press number key 10, then the number rightmost
flickers.
(If you want to store the unit price of 123.45, press number key 12345), then the number
rightmost flickers as follows:

When flickering, you can modify the value input by pressing key C, After 2 seconds,it stops
flickering (After stoping flickering, you can modify the value input by pressing key C if you want),
At this time, if you want to input the next group of PLU , press PLU key once, then input the next
group of PLU.If finished , press F key.
B. Call PLU Mode
1. Input the PLU number you want.
For example, if you want to call the 32rd PLU, at weighing mode, press number key 32 then
press, PLU key once,you can callo the unit price you need,it shows as follows:
