The government is the ruling emperor in the


Constantinian dynasty. The first ruling emperor was
called the Constantine I as ceasar. Constantine rule
the Roman Empire as 1 united empire

The Roman Empire was politically divided into 4


districts each with a Caesar or an Augusti as its leader.
If the Caesar was to be the leader the Augusti would
be the deputy leader. If the Augusti was to be the
leader the Caesar would be the deputy leader. The
district which the ruler is Caesar are Constantius and
Galerius. The district which the rule is Augusti are
Maximian and Diocletian.
