Interbank Settlement

In collaboration with Visa, BTL is piloting an inter-bank, cross border


settlement solution. The pilot is using BTL's Interbit platform to explore the
ways in which blockchain-based settlements can reduce the friction of
domestic and cross border transfers between banks - reducing cost,
settlement time, credit risk, and by leveraging smart contracts to automate
many of the regulation and compliance requirements of domestic and
international transfers.

The pilot involves Visa and 6 european banks

Energy Trading and Portfolio Reconciliation

BTL has recently completed a revenue generating pilot project with a leading,
global energy company, which explored internal use cases for blockchain
solutions in the clients oil and energy trading division. BTL and the client are
now jointly assessing further commercialization strategies for the Interbit
platform in the energy trading space for the benefit of both BTL and the client.

BTL is also developing opportunities for Interbit in portfolio reconciliation,


working with a group of leading energy companies, and in partnership with EY
(Ernst & Young).

The Energy Trading & Risk Management (ETRM) market is estimated to be


worth $1.1B and is expected to grow at a CAGR of 3.5% over the next 4
