Abstract: This study titled Effects of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance. A correlational study aimed to determine the extent of the influence of
organizational culture on employee performance at PT Indomarco Prismatama Medan Branch. The theory used in this study are: Organizational
Communication, Organizational Culture, Organizational Culture Theory, and Performance. This research is quantitative, the method used is the
correlation method to determine whether there is influence, and influence how tightly means the influence of organizational culture on the performan
of the employees working at PT Indomarco Prismatama Medan Branch. The population in this study were permanent employees at PT Indomarco
Prismatama Field Branch, amounting to 137 people. According to Gay (in Sunyoto 2013) the minimum sample size is 30 subjects correlational study, th
researchers set 45 as the minimum sample of 30 samples which were added 50% of the minimum sample. The sampling technique used is proportional
random sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study is the analysis of a single table, cross table analysis and hypothesis testing through
Pearson correlation coefficient formula by Karl Pearson Product Moment. Calculations make use of the SPSS software version 13.0, and using a scale
Guilford. The results showed that, the figures obtained 0.677, based on the scale of the figure Guilford lies between 0.600 to 0.799, it means a positive
and significant relationship with other words, Organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees working at
PT Indomarco Prismatama Medan Branch. The results of the hypothesis is accepted that There are Significant Ha between Organizational Culture on Th

Abstract (other language): Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Sebuah studi korelasional yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh man
pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan pada PT Indomarco Prismatama Cabang Medan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian in
yaitu: Komunikasi Organisasi, Budaya Organisasi, Teori Budaya Organisasi, dan Kinerja. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif, metode yang digunakan adal
metode korelasional yakni untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh, seberapa erat pengaruh dan berarti tidaknya pengaruh antara budaya organisasi
terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan pada PT Indomarco Prismatama Cabang Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap di PT Indomarco
Prismatama Cabang Medan yang berjumlah 137 orang. Menurut Gay (dalam Sunyoto 2013) ukuran sampel minimum dalam penelitian korelasional adala
30 subjek, maka peneliti menetapkan 45 orang sebagai sampel yakni sampel minimum 30 orang ditambahkan 50 % dari sampel minimum. Teknik
penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah Proporsional random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis tabel
tunggal, analisis tabel silang dan uji hipotesis melalui rumus koefisien korelasi Pearson Product Moment oleh Karl Pearson. Perhitungan menggunaka
piranti lunak SPSS versi 13.0, dan menggunakan skala Guilford. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, angka yang diperoleh 0,677, berdasarkan skala
Guilford angka tersebut terletak diantara 0,6000,799, itu artinya hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan kata lain, budaya Organisasi mempunyai
hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan pada PT Indomarco Prismatama Cabang Medan. Hasil Hipotesa yang di terima
adalah Ha yakni Terdapat Pengaruh antara Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Kerja Karyawan pada PT Indomarco Prismatama Cabang Medan.
