NELSON MANDELA

I AM PREPARED TO DIE
In 1962, no one in Africa did not know
about Nelson Mandela who was born in
South Africa in 1918. He began implicate
about politics when he already graduated,
and he joined African National Congress.
After that he was selected to be chief of
African National congress in 1964. He was
one of the most important person who
brought freedom to Africans in nowadays.
There is one speech from Nelson Mandela.
He stated that I am prepared to die This
speech can excite lots of people in Africa.
He had ideal in terms of liberation and
peace. He wanted all Africans to have good
lives, get equal rights and receive
democracy without apartheid. According to
his speech in the court One man, One
vote.

When he said I am prepared to die, this


quote could make the insecure or the risk to his life was
that he might was arrested. Even though, this speech is
cause of imprisonment. However, he still believed in his
ideal and wanted to against the domination for every
African lives.

Many people have a question that why he continued


kept going his goal? This is because he wanted Africans
to have good quality lives, and wanted to ran out the
hardships in Africa. Although, he had to dedicate
himself, and he still believed that harmony
and fairness which everyone had equal rights
is more importance than anything.

Nelson Mandela believe that non-violence


action can against violence as he said If you
want to make peace with your enemy, you had
to work with your enemy. Then you become
your partner. For the occasion which he used
non-violence to fight with violence that
happened on june,1990. He created the tour thanks
for people who support his idea and for
encouraging the spirit of Africans.

Nelson Mandela did not only want equalities and
fairness form white people, he also wanted fairness from the black people or everyone either.
Because he needed every body in Africans not only black people lived without injustice and
unfairness from whites or whoever.

After Nelson Mandela can be free in 1990, he wanted African society to get free and impartiality
without discrimination. Furthermore, there was the first election in Africa, and Mandela was
selected to be first president of Africa as well. Then, he clamed that every one stay in Africa even
blacks or whites will have received equal right and opportunities such as economics and inhabits to
lives.
