Good morning to you!

This is in reference to the Main Panel board of the Mens Dorm. Last night, I received a text
message from the Dorm Master, informing that the Panel board was damaged (see attached
picture).
First hour this morning, I and Mr. Pio Binwag, our university Electrician, went to inspect
what happened. The Main Circuit Breaker was overloaded, thus, it was blown up.
In this connection, may I request from your office for a replacement of the whole panel
board including its accessories as per attached materials list.
