1.Executive Summary
A) Management Team
Eco Gulf will operate in UAE as a Limited Liability Company (LLC). Operated by 4 partnerships with
split equal shares, our business will offer consumers in Dubai a convenient mobile car wash service.
B) Services
This business plan identifies the favorable circumstances in starting a mobile car wash company in
Dubai, UAE with ecofriendly materials & minimal water consumption. The owners will use their vast
knowledge of the automobile industry to offer services equal to the quality of automatic car
washes.
C) Customers
Eco Gulf will target customers in Malls, Private parkings, Commercial buildings, Public parkings &
Residential complexes with the Management/Authority approvals. The company will also target
special projects like Global village, Clusters, Golden miles etc where a large number of car parks are
present. It provides our business with an effective method of reaching out to customers with higher
disposable incomes.
D) Funds
Eco Gulf requires an investment of AED 300,000 in order to purchase the necessary equipment and
cover startup costs for the first three months of operation. All the partners will invest AED 75,000
equity investment by seeking a commercial bank loan. If our investment goals are met we
calculate a net profit of over AED 250,000 at the end of year one.

Eco Gulf Car Wash Company intends to offer portable car wash service which are performed by
hand and are completed in 15 mins duration. In addition, we use top of the line cleaning products
which give a superior shine to your car and are also eco-friendly. Our customers can make
appointments by telephone or on our website for any day of the week between the hours of 9-5 &
walk-in into the private/reserved parking areas. Company will obtain contracts from various
establishments to set up their mobile car wash units in various parking zones.
B) Competitors
In general, our competitors have a larger capacity to take on more customers due to the fact that
they have larger number of staff and reduced operational cost due to large scale
operation. However, after surveying each competitor, we found that they offer cleaning services
quite comparable to our own. Prices vary among each car wash provider, but we shall find our
prices proportionate to the average prices of services offered by our competitors.
The sourcing requirements for our business are primarily the cleaning supplies that will be
required to perform our services. These supplies include eco-friendly chemicals. To reduce the
costs, the owners will purchase car wash chemicals in bulk from respected providers that are
approved by the Dubai Municipality.
D) Technology
Being a mobile car wash service, the business does not require as much technology as an
automated car wash. The only equipment employed will be a hand pump/battery operated
pressure washer with nozzle. Additionally, Eco Gulf will also develop an app to allow customers to
conveniently make appointments on their mobile devices. The app will also send customers a
message reminding them of their appointment the day before.
A clear methodology and set of procedures will be put into place to ensure that there in
consistency in the service quality provided by the cleaning staff. The cleaning staff will be
recruited & trained accordingly to fulfil maximum customer requirements.
Customer feedbacks shall be collected by the management on random basis & necessary action
plans shall be executed to train the staffs as per the feedback.
No hassle to the car owner as the car will be washed at the place where he/she parks
the car.

The price is half of that charged by the Car wash stations.
The car wash is done using bio-degradable products which do not cause any harm to
the car or the environment.
The total water consumption for our car wash is only 2% in comparison to a normal
Car wash.

Dubai being a major tourism hub, the government has ensured that the city is always
kept presentable and clean. This also demands for the Car owners to keep their cars clean,
failing which a fine is imposed on the Car owners.
The existing car wash stations in the emirate are unable to cater the ever increasing
car numbers. The car owners end up waiting in frustratingly long queue at the petrol stations
for a car wash. This car wash costs more as well.
In order to save the hassle of waiting in the queues and pay more, many car owners
get their car washed through their building watchmen or through unlicensed car washers. This
illegal activity also causes soil contamination due to spillage, which entails fine for both the car
cleaner and the car owner.
To make this exercise legal, convenient and cost effective, Eco Gulf will provide car
wash solutions to various malls, commercial complexes and apartments.
The company will focus on Dubai, UAE with office in Al Quoz which is centrally located
to coordinate the activities in whole of Dubai. Dubai has a number of benefits in terms of the
market that it will provide for the business.
B) Industry Analysis
Within the car wash industry, there is always a fairly high threat of new mobile entrants. Starting
a mobile car wash business requires less capital than the traditional service because it can
operate with fewer employees and without a storefront.
Suppliers of car wash cleaning chemicals have little power to bargain. If our present supplier
drastically increases their prices, we will easily be able to change our provider without any
negative effects to our business.
Availability of substitutes:
Presently, there are very limited mobile car wash businesses competing in our area. All of these
competitors provide similar services at varying prices. Although the availability of substitutes is
relatively high, there is no direct substitute for a mobile car wash service in the emirate.
Eco Gulf will market its mobile services through flyers, social media, and promotions. Our main
point of emphasis will be to drive the point across that a mobile car wash is a quick and
convenient means of making your vehicle look like it just came off the lot.
Eco Gulf plans to position itself as the provider of the most trusted and professional car wash
service in UAE. The maximum transaction would be direct cash payment on-spot. No longer will
consumers have to make an extra trip to the car wash or waste time waiting in line. Customers
will simply choose the approved/reserved parking car wash location nearing them. We believe
that convenience will be our main selling point and will attract consumers that are too busy to
clean their vehicles to try our service.
C) Pricing
Our pricing strategy puts us within the average range of prices for car wash services currently
provided in UAE. The price of a car wash is AED 15 to 20 per wash which is very competitive in
this market.
D) Promotion
We intend to advertise Eco Gulf through promotions, flyers, and online marketing.
Free first wash promotion: In order to demonstrate the quality and convenience of our
professional car wash services, Eco Gulf will wash first-time customers vehicles for free. We are
confident that the quality of our service will persuade first-time customers to not only continue to
use our service, but tell their friends about us as well.
Flyers: During down time between our appointments, we plan to distribute flyers advertising our
services. This will make Eco Gulf a familiar name in the car wash industry.
Online Marketing: The crux of our online marketing strategy will be to launch a professionally
designed website. To get the most value out of this traffic to the site we will give customers the
option to like our social media pages and receive a 50% discount car wash coupon.
Year 1, Month 1: Launch the company website, business promotions & hunting for the business
contracts.
Year 1, Month 1: Get the car wash contracts in reserved parking areas & begin our first free car
wash promotion with the competent outsourced manpower.
