Functions and Responsibilities:

Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Supervises, directs and coordinates the daily activities of the accounting staff
(including, but not limited to, cash reconciliation, check runs, AR transactions, fixed
assed activity, payroll, AP transactions, debt activity, recording of revenue and
expenses, etc.)

5. Reviews general ledger on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of posting

6. Prepares cash and check disbursement vouchers

7. Generates financial reports for monthly Board meetings

8. Prepare annual financial statements

9. Makes and implements recommendations to improve accounting processes and


procedures

10. Ensures orderliness and systematic filing of all accounting documents

11. Performs all other functions and duties assigned/required by the immediate
supervisor and /or the Coop Manager

MNIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must be a college graduate major in accounting


Must have excellent communication skill
Must be of good moral character
Can work on flexible time with minimum supervision and willing to do
overtime if necessary
Must be computer literate
Can establish and maintain good inter-personal relationship
Mentally and physically fit
Must have trainings related to the job
Must have at least 2 years experience related to the job
