AsecondBC817NPNmustpulltheabovementionedNPN'semittertolessthan~5V,inordertodrivethesafetyrelayon.Thesecon
BC817isdrivenbytheQoutputpin5ofthe74123retrig1shot,whichiskeptconstantlyhightriggeredbytheLEDscansignalfrom
