LESSON EVALUATION (to be completed AFTER the lesson)
Assessment of Lesson Objective and Suggestions for Improvement:
- Did I allocate partners effectively so that ICT competent students could help those who were not
competent?
- Did I ensure that partners were working together effectively with both students having equal input?
- Did I ensure that all students understood the instructions of the activity?
- Did I ensure all students understood how to create a timeline?
- Did I ensure my assistance was allocated fairly and reached everyone who needed it?
- Did I ensure all students were able to complete a large component of the task?
- Did I ensure that students were able to adapt their answers to more in-detail at the group discussion at
the end of class?
- Did I ensure my feedback of the timelines was adequate and understood?
- Did I ensure students followed up on the feedback by making adjustments to their timelines?

Lesson Closure:(Review lesson objectives with students)
Random students are called upon to share their answers with the rest of
the class. Results are discussion to see how other students feel about
answers provided. Students are able to change/update their timelines if
they feel as though someone provided a better answer and they would
like to incorporate it. The teacher will briefly explain the role that cell
division plays within the body (growth and repair). All students are
instructed to send their timelines to the teacher via student email so that
the teacher may provide feedback during the next lesson. (11 minutes)
Transition: (What needs to happen proper to the next lesson?)
The teacher will review all timelines to ensure students were able to
accurately extract information from the links provided and interpret and
understand the information. Individual feedback will be given at the start
of the next lesson so that students are able to make changes to their
timelines.
Assessment: (Were the lesson objectives met? How will these be
judged?)
The teacher will review all of the timelines and provide feedback. For
students who appeared to struggle, the teacher will ensure are given the
correct information to add to their timeline. The timeline will be used as a
study tool for the next text/exam and so it is vital the students have the
correct answers on their timeline.
