COMMENTS: (strengths, areas for growth, next steps):

Marnie is a very hard-working and responsible individual who has shown a strong commitment to students
and student learning. She was able to adapt to classes with very different needs, and incorporated lessons
that addressed different learning styles. Her lessons were well planned, interactive, relevant, and motivating
to students. She actively helped all students during class and spent many hours outside of class time
assisting and supporting students. Marnies positive and very enthusiastic personality permeated into all
her lessons. This allowed her to develop a positive rapport with both colleagues and students. In her future
placement, Marnie should continue to develop consistent classroom management skills.
It has been a pleasure to have a student teacher who works so well with her colleagues and demonstrates
such a high level of competency. Marnie responds immediately to constructive feedback and is developing
excellent teaching habits and skills. I wish Marnie continued success as an educator and I believe that she
will be a valuable contributor to any school community.
