FITTING OF CONVEYOR BELTS

In many cases belts can be fitted with ease by the customer. In case where the belt
needs to be spliced whilst on the machine. We can either conduct this work when
required or supply equipment and training to allow our customers engineering team
to fit their own belts. This in many cases can reduce the overall cost.
Our latest range of presses boats a complete cycle time of 30 minutes from start up
to press removal. Our presses are ultra-light with our 2.5m wide press only weighing
68kg when in one piece as it breaks into two parts for belt insertion and removal.
We also supply a repair kit comprising of a high temperature iron and all the items
need to effect a repair to PTFE COMPOSITE CONVEYORBELT, keeping a belt
running and reducing replacement costs.

Mechanical engineering control plan

with greater strength and protection from erosion and corrosion by closing off the
steel inside walls from the flow. The interior walls of the HDPE liner are also very
smooth, resulting in superior fluid flow due to a reduction in resistance and friction.

products such as acid water, crude oil, slurry, wet gas, raffinate and effluent.

Tilling protocol
Targeting included local lesions in genomes (tilling) is a reverse genetics tool used
to for mutations in genes of interest in a population of chemically induced mutants.
Essentially tilling needs the following resources at hand:
1. Plant mutant population: Ethyl-methane sulphonate (ems), methyl-methane
sulphonate (mms), hydrogen fluoride (hf), sodium azide, n-methyl-n-
nitrosourea, and hydroxylamine are some of the most widely used chemical
mutagens for plants consult the literature for selection of the mutagen and
size of the population required. The dosage and time of treatment should first
be optimized on a small sample size to give a mortality rate of at least 50% in
 the treated indivituals.once optimized, the same treatment should then be
used for large-scale treatment on the entire set.one seed /M 1 plant should be
planted to get the M2 population.
2. Primers: primer development is the most critical step for tilling. Primers
should be designed such that they give a single, bright band. For agarose-
based detection, a product size of 500 bp or higher is recommended.in fact,
the greater the product size the better.Generally,it is a good idea to design
primers based on exonic sequence of the genes to avoid irrelevant intronic
SNPs.
3. Celery juice extract (CJE): Cel-l is the enzyme that detects SNPs in PCR
products, and a crude CJE does equally as well as the expensive,
commercially prepared Cel-l.
