Summary of essential o self-assessment increases a deeper meaning and learning for


information: students
o assessment as learning is unexplored, as opposed to assessment for
learning
o awareness of learning outcomes comes from student involvement,
and can be applied to other subjects too

Potential relevance to This article is relevant to my research topic because it discussed the type of data
your research topic that was collected, which helped me as I conducted my own classroom
and study: research. The researchers began with a questionnaire for students, as did I.
Then, they progressed to the writing piece along with the self-assessment,
which is the same sequence I plan to use in my own research.
