RE: List of Available Seats for the Sanggunian 2017 General Elections
Good day!
As stipulated in the 2016 Constitution (Art. V, Section 2.3), course representatives
are to be elected by their respective constituencies, elected per year level by every course.
Having been constitutionally-mandated (as per Art. 12, Section 1.2.2) to be charged with the
administration and facilitation of the Sanggunian elections, the Commission has devised a
formula (used in the Elections of the preceding semester) that utilizes the latest population
data per year level per course to determine the number of available seats for course
representatives per year level per course.
This population data was provided the Loyola Schools Office of the Registrar on 1
March 2017, for which the Commission is grateful.
Below is the list of available seats for the Sanggunian 2017 General Elections.
