Prep Time 20 minutes | Bake Time 10 minutes | Makes 8 3 1/2 tartlets
1. Mix crust ingredients together. Press firmly into 3 or 3 1/2 tartlet
molds or press into one 9 pie plate. 2. Bake for 10 minutes in a 350F oven. Let cool and gently turn up- side down in the palm of your hand and tap on sides and bottom of molds so that crust gently comes out. Place right side up on a plate Ingredients (for refrigeration when all are filled.) Graham Cracker and Pecan Crust 4 oz graham cracker crumbs 3. Combine milk, juice, and cream cheese in a mixer for 6 minutes. 1 c chopped pecans Spoon or pour mixture into graham cracker tartlets or pie. 4 T melted butter 4. Garnish with chopped pecans and lime zest. 2 T granulated sugar 5. Refrigerate until firm, at least one hour. Cream Cheese Key Lime Pie Filling 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk 1/3 c + 2 T Kermits Key Lime Juice or fresh key lime juice 8 oz cream cheese, softened
