My passion is to facilitate meaningful experiences for fraternity men and sorority women,

because I believe that they are the next generation of leaders in society. I desire to serve as a

champion and voice for fraternities and sororities in our current society, because I value the

impact that membership in these organizations has on our young people. Membership in

fraternities and sororities provide students with a sense of identity and community when they

may be far away from their families. My goal is to support the fraternity and sorority movement

through intentional membership education that exposes students to issues within society, such as

social justice and inclusion, community and civic engagement, accountability, and ones own

personal development. Through values based programming and meaningful conversations, I

hope to facilitate growth, learning, and development. I want to collaborate with National

Headquarters, Chapter Advisors, Alumni, and other institutional staff in order to provide a

cohesive message and targeted support for these organizations. I believe only through these

relationships can a Greek community be truly successful or be considered healthy. I seek to

ensure that chapters are functioning based on their founding values and advancing the fraternity

and sorority movement. My hope is that one day my own children will also have the same

opportunity to pursue membership into one of the many organizations, and thus be a part of

something larger than themselves.
